Demand Letter Under Wisconsin Lemon Law

If you want to pursue a claim under Wisconsin's Lemon Law, you must first send a notification to the manufacturer. You should send this letter after the fourth repair attempt, or after your vehicle has been out of service for 30 days. Send your letter by certified mail, with a return receipt requested.

Pursuant to the Wisconsin Lemon Law, I am notifying you of the following:
