Demand Letter Under Vermont Lemon Law

If you want to pursue a claim under Vermont's Lemon Law, you must first send a notification to the manufacturer. You should send this letter after the third repair attempt, or after your vehicle has been out of service for 30 days. Send your letter by certified mail, with a return receipt requested. The manufacturer has one final opportunity to repair the problem.
