Demand Letter Under Texas Lemon Law

If you want to pursue a claim under Texas's Lemon Law, you must first send a notification to the manufacturer and give them a final opportunity to repair the vehicle. You should send this letter after the fourth repair attempt, or after your vehicle has been out of service for 30 days. Send your letter by certified mail, with a return receipt requested. Once the manufacturer receives your letter, they have seven days to make a final repair attempt.
