Demand Letter Under Kansas Lemon Law

If you want to pursue a claim under Kansas Lemon Law, you should notify the manufacturer of the problem with your vehicle after the fourth repair attempt or the vehicle has been out of service for a cumulative total of 20 days. You should send the notice via certified mail, with a return receipt requested.
